NASHVILLE WEATHER

Peeler Park is one of the largest and most complete airfields for flyers in the Middle Tennessee area. Through a partnership with the Metropolitan Department of Parks and Recreation, the Music City Aviators maintain the airfield, facilities and amenities. Funding for maintenance is via membership dues and club endorsed or sponsored events.

There is no fee for pilots to use the airfield at Peeler Park, however pilots who frequent the airfield are encouraged to join the Music City Aviators to help offset the maintenance and upkeep costs.

Peeler Park is ideal for all fliers (gas / electric / unpowered) and all models of aircraft are allowed including planes, helicopter, multi-rotor and gliders. Please be respectful of the other craft in the air and follow all posted rules (see below or on the bulletin board at the airfield) regarding takeoff, landing, airspace limits and number of aircraft in the air at one time.

If the weather is conducive to flying you can almost guarantee that someone will be at Peeler Park. It's an open and friendly environment for novice pilots all the way to competition teams. Whether you are a budding pilot, a weekend warrior, a diehard flyer, or just an admiring spectator, Peeler Park has something to offer you.
